A truly historic and proud international milestone—our artists showcased Mardani Khel during the Ganesh Visarjan procession in Berlin, marking the first time ever that this traditional Maharashtrian martial art was performed during a Ganesh Visarjan outside India.

What made the moment even more special was the participation of German citizens, who joined the performance and presented Mardani Khel with great enthusiasm and respect.

Our Akhada proudly holds the distinction of being the first Mardani Khel Akhada to operate and perform outside India, taking the legacy of Maharashtra’s warrior tradition onto a global platform.

This event beautifully highlighted India’s rich martial heritage and showcased how Mardani Khel can inspire and connect people across cultures.
